United Fighting Arts Federation

The United Fighting Arts Federation (UFAF) is a martial arts organization founded by Chuck Norris in 1979.^[1] UFAF is the governing and sanctioning body for the martial art of Chun Kuk Do, providing technical standards for instruction and advancement in the system. UFAF provides its students, instructors, and schools with Chun Kuk Do rank certification, educational opportunities, special events, online community access, and other services.

Organizational structure

Like many organizations, UFAF includes an executive board and a board of directors.

• Region 5 – Arizona, New Mexico, & parts of Northern Mexico
• Region 6 – Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, & Delaware
• Region 7 – Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, & Japan
• Region 8 – New York, Connecticut, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, & Eastern Canada

Events

Each summer the United Fighting Arts Federation holds a training conference and Chun Kuk Do world championship tournament in Las Vegas, Nevada.
